If you’re hoping for something cool and insightful, like the Venom Dark Origin series, look elsewhere.  This is a chopped up story that spends a few spare pages on the actual origin of Sabretooth, the rest is, “I’m Victor Creed, and every year I kill someone Wolverine loves.  Happy Birthday.”

Pardon me, if I yawn out the candles.

    I heard nothing but crappy things about the Venom book.  So if this is nothing like it, I’m sure I’ll enjoy it

    Huh.  I thought the Venom book was a good Eddie Brock story.  Nothing life changing, but a good read.  Whereas this was a crappy retelling of a story readers already knew.
