First off, some disclosure: I’ve only been reading this book for a couple of issues, and only have a cursory understanding of some of the history of the team and it’s characters. That said, the clearly major revelation about Polaris’ past holds a great resonance and when you factor in the already volatile relationships between much of the team it left me with a feeling that this could only be the beginning of an extraordinary tale.
