Good:
+ It is really good to see X-Factor get back into the detective business as well as return to New York City. The whole time travel arc was fun but by the end of it I was ready for it to be over and ready for the series to return to its roots as it did this issue.
+ I love the involvement of the Fantastic Four in this issue and I feel that David did an exceptional job writing the characters, especially Franklin and Val.
+ I liked the nice mix of stories going on in this issue with the Invisible Woman going missing, Monet’s father being kidnapped, and the story with Siren and the Dupe. All of the stories were interesting and set up nicely for the next issue. There is also a perfect blend of humor, especially with X-Factor dealing with the kids. I feel that you get a lot of story from this issue, which is good, considering the price.
+ I like when they put the character bios in these issues and I also liked the choice of the reprint issue, as it was one I had not read and I rather enjoyed it.
+ The art in the book is pretty good as well. It is consistent throughout the issue and goes well with the stories.
Bad:
- I really don’t have anything bad to say about this issue, it is one of the best issues of X-Factor issues in a while.
Overall, I thought this was a fantastic issue and has me excited about this series again.
My rating: 4.75/5
Art: 4 - Very Good
