Y'know, I was expecting fun and silly with Peter David writing a Dazzler story, but this was just a bit too much for my tastes.

 David didn't seem to reign in any sort of the slapstick he seems to love to put in to his books.

And this is just a personal peeve, but I hate when comics can't use actual sporting events or sports team. I know the Giants and Eagles or Seahawks, wouldn't play each other in the Super Bowl, but making up names is like nails on chalk board.

As for the hatred of Disco, while popular, is over done here.

And the thing that just put this too far over the edge for me was the pay off. Did I pick up an Archie universe super hero book and not notice?

The art was okay. It was like a grittier version of Colleen Coover, which kind of misses the point, but wasn't bad.

And W:FC is its own continuity right? or else when did Terry start hanging around the mansion?

Oh, and can someone tell me the issues that Peter David has written of this series, please.
