So finally, after all the waiting, we get the conclusion of the Old Man Logan storyline.

I've been having the time of my life with this series, and Marvel goes and pulls this crap. It was very entertaining to see Logan go toe-to-toe with the Red Skull in his very impressive trophy room, even after he breaks his promise and beheads him for the good of mankind (with Captain America's shield, no less!).

But correct me if I'm wrong, wasn't Marvel hyping this to be the last issue in the storyline? They even re-numbered the issue to make way for a ridiculous one-shot to coincide with the Wolverine movie release, and yet I was still patient. I kept telling myself "one more issue left! And just look at that cover, it's completely badass!"

Now a few of you might tell me "But Cammy, it was all over the internets when news first broke at NY Comic-Con! It's your own fault for not seeing the article!"  This is true, but I personally decided to stay away from all news from that particular Con, and that's my burden to bear.  I guess I'm a little conflicted that I loved the story so much, but now have to pay an additional $4 to get the ending I thought I was getting in this issue.  In the end, maybe I should have just waited for the hardcover.
