Moping Bucky opens up our story in this issue of winter soldier. Not much of a strong start for the new creative team but good enough to make me come back for the next issue. The story is pretty straight forward with the dialogue being serviceable and at times expositiony. The story-telling and art is very understandable and nicely done. I especially loved the functionality of Bucky’s outfit and the action scenes were executed nicely. Definitely the art made up for the average story.
