As a fan of Bucky since his resurrection at the hands of Brubaker, I can honestly say that I was blown away by Brubaker's last issue here. This issue concludes the "Black Widow Hunt" storyline, and Brubaker and Guice have given Winter Soldier/Widow fans an arc to die for. Their relationship was depicted so brilliantly with flashbacks articulated beautiful by Guice under the direction of Brubaker, and all of the emotion and passion came to a climax in this issue as Bucky was given the most crushing blow of his life...the loss of Natasha. This issue pulled on my emotional heartstrings unlike any other book has done in a long while, and while I wish this creative team could stay on this book forever, any Bucky fun will be absolutely satisfied with this conclusion. Although the series may be continuing, it will be hard to pick up the ball after Brubaker's departure. Thank you for all the memories, and you will be truly missed.
