Pak is spinning shit into silk with this book. I have not been a fan of
the cyborg incarnation of WM but this arc has been spectacular. I love
that his junk trawler power has made him a major force instead of Iron
Man plus a machine gun, which is what WM always struck me as. I like
the triangle that Pak was able to develope, even in the midst of break
neck action. I really liked the bits between Ares and Rhodey. It’s a
great counterpoint to Ares and Wonder Girl over in DC. I’ve been
reading the Hellblazer issues that Manco did and I am amazed to say it,
but he really is getting better with each issue. Where there was some
violence that was a little hard to take in HB, here it’s all realistic
and awesome. 7/10
