Holy crap this issue changes everything. And I don’t mean that in any sense of an overstatement. The series now has what I would call a new status-quo, and I can’t wait to see where it’s going. It’s been a long time since I’ve been so “edge of my seat” for what would happen next while reading a comic, and it was so good. I don’t want to spoil anything with this review, as it is best just to read and find out, so this is all I’m gonna say.

Also, the Ryan Ottley bonus story was great. His art on the series looked incredible, and the story was a lot of fun too. This was promised to be a great anniversary issue for The Walking Dead, and it sure delivered.
