I'm trying very hard to get on Team Casey, but he's making it difficult. This story was a total mess, with A, B, and C plots that seem to have nothing to do with each other -- a bad sight in an issue #1. I didn't care about the putative hero, Ultimate Nullifer, or why Kristof is featured on one page, or why Nighthawk is fighting a Kirby-creature. For a book called Vengeance, there was no through-line that made it all jell. I really didn't care for the Nick Dragotta art, but this isn't his fault.
