its a Deathlok world. Imagine all the heavy hitters in the Marvel U forcibly turned into half human, half cyber-machine drones who share a hive mentality and obey a singular ruler. Thats what you've got here...Spidy, Cap, Elektra, Hawkeye....all cyborgs looking to kill poor old Fantomex who teams up with the actual Deathlok to try and make sense of all this craziness.

This is another great installment in a great series that has quickly become one of my favorites. This is basically a run and fight issue, and right in the middle there is a sequence where Fantomex is outnumbered and sees his X force teammates flying in to seemingly help him. As he runs over he sees that they are all indeed Deathlok cyber goons! You knew it was coming...heck the cover gives it away, but you still love every second of it which is what makes it so fun.

The art in this book continues to deliver. The pencils are great, but what i'm drawn to is the color. Its the most unusual color palette i've seen in a long time. Neon pastels that don't make logical sense, but look so nice. As a proffessional graphic designer i'm really appreciating (and learning a few things from) Matt Wilson's color theory that grace the pages each issue. The lettering is also really nice, and has an old school hand drawn vibe that does its job without drawing too much attention to itself.

If you're not reading this book, your missing out. Nows the time to jump on and have some fun.
