Quick thoughts

*Not a fan of the art, though it’s serviceable.

*I don’t think that there is a book of the shelves that’s taken for granted more than Ultimate Spiderman. Bendis ALWAYS delivers on this book.

* I love the direction that Bendis is taking with Spidey being trained by other heroes. Bendis’ take on Spidey has always been logical.(for the most part) If Spidey did exist, there’s no way the world would turn a blind eye.

* I love the characterization in this book, Aunt May and Gwen Stacy really stand out.

If you’re a Spidey fan this is the book you should be reading. I left it for a little while after the reboot but I’m solidly back on now.

Story: 4 - Very Good
