I have been on board with this series since the beginning and loving the story every step of the way. This series is truly a big action movie in comic form. Unfortunately, this issue was a big disappointment. Pacheco has been amazing on this book and I have no complaints here with his art. The blame here though does partially lie with him because he is also responsible for the cover. The cover here, which was also the teaser in the back of the previous issue, promised a throw down between Red Skull and Cap. and I couldn't wait to see it. Even without the cover promise, this whole story arc was building to the big Cap. Red Skull face-off but Millar surprisingly didn't deliver. The Red Skull was defeated with a wimper. Even though the action here was fun and the Nick Fury reveal has me coming back for the next arc, my expectations were not met here and that disappointment ruined the issue. This wasn't a bad issue by any stretch of the imagination but when expectations are built up so high, there is a long way to fall.
