I read Titans out of loyalty. The Titans are my team, these are the characters that keep me reading comics. It doesn't mean I actually enjoy the book, but I keep reading it anyway, simply because I need to know what the characters are up to.
I haven't actually enjoyed Titans in a long time. I know, I should stop reading it. But if I had, well, I wouldn't have read this issue. I'm a fan of character studies, and Roy is my third favorite DC character. This issue focused on him, and his relationship with his daughter, Lian. Lian is one of the best children in comics - she's been allowed to age slowly, and she's just starting school. Her relationship with Roy in this is perfect. Basically, this comic was everything I want from comics - relationships and continuity nods that make sense without taking away from the story, and a decent fight scene that actually helped develop the characters. (It helps that Roy is fighting an old Nightwing villain. I have a thing that I love.)
Plus, I always joke that if I wrote comics, Roy and Lian would move back to Star City and Mia and Cissie would babysit for Lian. I got half of that, so clearly my mutant powers are working.
If the colorist had remembered that Roy Harper has red hair, it would have been perfect. But since people have apparently decided he's blond, I'm taking away points.
Basically, if you're a fan of Roy Harper you'll like this comic.

I totally noticed the red hair, did you also notice that Lady Vic’s costume changes for just one page? She goes from cat suit to swim suit and back again. I know it was only one page, but those two things were just enough to yank me out of it.
