Y'know, this book should have been a lot of fun to read. It should have been revisiting an alternate reality that, while maybe a little dated, still could have had an old continuity to build on and would have been nice to revisit all sorts of old concepts. Instead we get stuff like Miguel's biological father retconned and him deaged to be just another teenage nerd that becomes spiderman. Future punisher has the changes from his character and the original erased. Hell, at this point, I'm expecting the Ghost Rider they had here to have nothing to do with tech punk and just be another demon bonded to a hapless biker. The only thing that was even remotely interesting was that they insinuated that the year could have nothing to do with 2099 and could be any time in the future, which makes this all the more sucky. The art was pretty shitty, too, but serviceable.
