There is a lot of potential with this team of complex and intriguing characters. They all started out as antagonists and had character growth into intriguing anti-hero’s.

Daniel Way’s writing is decent; however the story is vague on key points. The motivation of why General Ross decided to put this team together should have been explained in the first issue rather than the second.

Steve Dillon’s art is OK, I think that he’s better for indie books like Preacher rather than super heroes; Punisher and Rulk look angry and bitter.

I’m the least familiar with Deadpool? I always thought of him as the wisecracking, comic relief. I thought that the “poolvision” was funny, but most people prefer the Joe Kelly version.

I love the characters so I’m sticking with the book. Phil Noto will take over pencils starting with issue #7.
