Well, when I found out the newest incarnation was finally going to have a hero on as a leader I was somewhat interested.  I felt like this due to the fact that it's either a. (villains working under this team as a guise to still be a bad guy),  b. (confuse dbunch of villains who have some kind of an identity crisis) or c. (just a black ops team under the radar).  But, in this case it actually is only close to A but it is a serious team who reduces their jail time by being affiliated with the Thunderbolts (or at least don't rot in a cell because of how many people who have life in jail).  In the heroic age Luke Cage will head this team now & actually try to reform them.  The cast includes the people who are in regular jail (Songbird, Moonstone, Crossbones) one in a superpowered jail (Juggernaut, though I don't know why he is in there because the last time I checked he was reformed), & some guys just around (Ghost & Man-Thing).  These guys make for a dysfunctional team who can give the the readers an interest in trying to see if the team works out.  before I picked this issue out I thought Luke would somehow end up off the team in a way where he would have the rest of them gang up & attack him.  But Parker has a way of telling you "Yes, that will happen but not how you think".  I thought it was well played when Baron Zemo returns to the team by taking out Luke & demands that they should return to him. 

The art & coloring had me kind of confused on some parts due to how Steve Rogers & Crossbones looked.  Steve rogers didn't look too distinguishable because he was drawn to look way too different from his basic look.  Corssbones actually has darker skin & isn't as small as Walker makes him look.  Other than these two things the art was fitting

1. Why can't Ghost talk without his mask?

2. Who is Mach V?
