I’m digging through old Cap issues and started a Captain America podcast a few months ago, so I’m up to the Gruenwald run and the John Walker stuff. I think he would have made a great tragic hero, but in Cap 350 he came to the correct decision.

I think Jeff Parker found the voice of John Walker.

Not all “conservatives” that love their country think and act the same – Parker did a great job of drawing the differences between Nuke and Walker. It’s a diverse group, believe it or not.

I think Walker can be wonderful character and hero in the Marvel Universe, if he can survive the Siege.
