The Walking Dead always seems to be on top of its game. Every time this book comes out I put it at the bottom of my stack to read last because I know it’ll be the best, and I like to save the best for last. Years ago when I picked up the first trade and read Kirkman’s statements about the book being all about it’s character development and less about the actual Zombies, I was a little skeptical.

These last few issues (this one more-so than the previous ones) has been a true testament to that, I love that I never saw the ending of this issue coming, and what Rick said right before what happened was just golden stuff. This book continues to impress when it could have ended up being dull a while back. Do yourself a favor and read this comic.
