So, now that we have all caught our breath after Glenn caught some serious hits from Lucille to his noggin, we can start to pick up the pieces (Emotionally, not the pieces of Glenn's skull and brain).After reading issue 100, I'm excited about the prospect of Rick and Crew, living under occupation of Negan and his crew. Similarities to Governor aside, I do like that we have a new and charismatic villain. Unfortunately we didn't get much new plot information or Negan using the F-word as the most versitial word that it is. The Neganites did attack Alexandria, and were ultimately repelled. Not sure why Negan still decided to do that, I thought he wanted them "mostly" alive so that they can pay tribute,(Sicilian style). Oh well, at least we got the torturing of Two-face to look forward to. Maybe The Euge will come back for more crotch biting?? What we didn't get in great plot development, was replaced with great character stuff. Mostly from Carl. He was great this issue, Sophia as well(never thought I would say that). They really are coming into their own, and I am just noticing how they both are getting older. Love to see them both make it to adulthood. The art was great this issue. Adlard really killed it with a few double page spreads and some great emotional shots with Carl, Rick and Sophia. Overall I would say this is on par for the book, and I look forward to this next story arch. Seeing as how a full assault will not work against a hundred armed Neganites or maybe more, here’s what I am looking for. -Espionage. how about a spy slips into Negan's group to bring them down from the inside? - Zombies as a weapon. I would love to see Ricks group plan an attack, not with themselves, but using a herd as a trap or distraction.
