spidey has been very lukewarm for me in the past few years. Aside from the unmasking a few years back, he hasn’t been as interesting to me as he is now with Doc Oc in the head. I know many people didn’t like that and from the comments in ifanboy.com, people are getting confused. But his story has taken so many interesting turns and almost all of them were highlighted by this issue. Sup-Spidey’s effort to wisecrack, his rationale to work alone, his reliance to technology, all of it played well in this plot and tie in. I still got mixed feelings on how the issue wrapped up in the end of this book but that did not detract from my enjoyment of it.
