Fury of Firestorm the Nuclear Men #8 ***** This book is finally on track. The story is awesome, the dialog is working. If you have jumped off of this book or never tried it, do! It’s well worth it! Joe Harris is perfect for this book and has made this book what it was supposed to have been from the start. Ethan Van Sciver’s Art and especially the design layout in issue #7 and now #8 is AMAZING!!! Hurricane the British Firestorm (really cool), Firehawk the French Firestorm (excuse the pun) HOT!!! Yildiray Cinar’s work has been the best part of the first 6 issues and I am looking forward to his return in issue #9 Bring on the JLI and the Firestorm from India! As a life-long fan of Firestorm, I had been quite disappointed in this series until Joe Harris stepped in, but this book is burning down the house now. Do yourself a favor and get this book!!!! Don’t let it go out. Fan the flame!!!
Do it NOW!!!!

Story: 5 - Excellent
Art: 5 - Excellent

  1. Nice review man! I might check it out next as I have a small week this week comics-wise.

Though… My mother tongue is french, no hero would name himself “Firehawk”, “Faucon de feu” yes… but not Firehawk! 😛

  2. I loved Firehawk and Hurricane, and Ethan Van Sciver rocked the house with his pencils on this one. I think this is the best issue of Firestorm so far.

Please check my mini-review of issue #8 here:
