Wow what a change from the first issue, which I really enjoyed and felt was a fun and funny formation of the team with good art. I was excited to read this one to see if the unexpected enjoyment from the first issue continued, which unfortunately i felt it did not.

The writing style Fraction used in this wasnt enjoyable to the reader and the story seems like its got all the elements of what may make a good Defenders comic with all the space and time stuff and weird creature bad guys but just isn’t coming off as all that interesting or fun at this point.

This may be something cool to check out in the future since the potential of interesting characters and witty dialogue is all here but the direction that its headed In as of right now or at least with this particular story arc which was unclear in the first issue is something I think ill pass on.
