This issue continues the excellence of Top Cow Rebirth. David Hine continues to slowly break what Jackie has created and forces the reader (and Jackie) that there is nothing to be done to stop these cracks from becoming caverns. Jeremy Haun continues to set the standard for what the Darkness book should be visually, whether it’s a double page splash of gore or a simple talking head moment, Haun’s ominous pages give the reader a sense of dread for all the characters involved with The Darkness.
