I truly feel this needs to be read by anyone who loves comic books. (really, I mean EVERYONE who loves comic books) The history of the medium has always been incredibly fascinating to me, and no book has felt more appropriate to share the tale then this. There is so much to learn here. I had no idea how revolutionary the idea of the panel itself was. . . . also, how much more of a bad ass can Jack Kirby be?

For a $22 graphic novel, this is an incredibly dense read. It’s money well spent.
