Last month’s Al Gore punching and Avenger bashing is followed up by Spiderman fighting Sandman in the Sahara Desert. I still like the ambiguity of Dc Ock’s plan but Silver Sable and Black Widow are a little useless here. That wouldn’t be a big deal but it feels like Slott has cast Silver Sable as something of a mover and shaker here. Here sudden appearance and seeming control of the situation is weird given her limited screen time. I did dig the invisible jet reference by Spiderman though. No a bad issue but I am looking forward to a little but more plot progession and not just “How does SPidey use his new suit to defeat each Sinister Six member”.
