This 2-issue arc is my first foray into Amazing Spider-Man because I heard it was a good jumping on point and I have to agree (for the most part, because I don’t know who Madame Web is). I found this story to be witty, unquiet, and engaging. Slott has composed a time travel narrative that lampoons time travel narratives in a certain sense. I had fun with the book and will continue to read it. The resolution wasn’t anything earth shattering, but it was a clever twist and well executed. Plus the art is just wonderful.
