  1. Actually, we don’t know if the good guys will win.  After this mini-series ends, the only thing DnA are planning to do next is a Rocket Raccoon/Groot mini-series.  I at least have not heard anything else coming out in the cosmic line after this event – nothing about bringing back the Nova and Guardians of the Galaxy series either.  Very interesting times for this corner of the Marvel U.

  2. I’d love to see a surprise, but we’ve seen the heroes in the cosmic universe face unbeatable threat series after series after series (as they should in comics, it just feels…the same.) And while I can see that there might be a twist or something that leaves things in limbo, I really don’t think that the Revengers and Mar-Vell will be left ruling the galaxy, because at the rate they move in the story, it would be the biggest event in the entire company and there are too many other things going on already.

  3. Oh, I agree that I don’t think they’ll just leave Mar-Vell in charge after this (and if they did, we’ll definitely hear more announcments about a bigger Marvel event in the works), but who’s to say Mar-Vell won’t take a lot of heroes and part of the galaxy with him?  THAT would make things very interesting.

  4. Yea, if you really think about it, the Revengers shoulda really kicked the good guys’ asses and all of this would be an afterthought.  Does anyone know who that insectoid Revenger was who ended up getting crushed by the Dark Scarlet Witch there?  That kinda confused me as well, how convenient it was for her to all of a sudden turn, but it was a surprising twist.
