i’ve tried, really i have.  i just cant like this book.  i’d give the idea a 4.  but the execution of this title is not doing a thing for me.  i haven’t read anything else by the luna bros so i dont know if they are capable of more, but the writing here is less than average.  i can’t hear the character’s voices and the dialogue is falls flat for me. 

and the art feels off more than not.  it is to adrian tomine, what busy philips is to katie sackoff.  meaning, i want one ot be the other, and it just isnt.  which is my own fault, i admit that.
