Quite a fun little romp. I was initially going to get this because the pairing of these two characters seemed very fun and interesting. After listening to this weeks Don’t Miss podcast, I was completely sold. I’d love to read a mini-series with these two characters written by Williamson. However, this was special; getting just one issue with them here and there would be a real treat. The loathesomeness that Damien speaks to Kara with is insanely comical, even with the underlying attraction he has for her. While the plot isn’t all that groundbreaking, that’s not what makes the book, it’s def the interaction between the two main characters. Bravo to Williamson.

Garza’s art fit nicely. His work is very cartoony (sic?) and fits the two young characters very well. Hopefully this creative team will get to work with each other again, on another issue of this series with these two.

Story: 5 - Excellent
Art: 4 - Very Good
