Jesus, Whilce Portacio is the absolute worst artist to work on this
title. Ever. Whatever “it” he had in the 90’s has been burned to the
ground, stomped out with spiked baseball bats and then had the earth
around it salted. That being said, I did really enjoy the story. DnA
make some of the best Sci-Fi comics out on the stands today. I miss
their Legion a great deal, just because it was so well done. I love how
they used the dialated time gimmick to give a closing to the story. I
kind of missed the point of Prankster reciting code, unless it was the
location of where Bruce and Clark were. I really appreciated the
parting nod to World’s finest. A good story with atrocious art. 5/10

  1. Agreed on all points!  Though I will say Portacio’s "style" (if you want to call it that) works for me when it comes to the nano aliens, or whatever they are.  His human forms are remarkably hideous, but his creatures, monsters, robots, etc. are quite nice.  At least the writers get in one joke about Batman’s ‘awesome’ armor!
