7 short stories featuring Superman. Some people may be rolling their eyes. If you’re one of them, this review isn’t for you.

Very rarely do I see an anthology that even the weakest story impresses me. We start off with a wonderful Jonathan Kent/ Young Clark Kent heart-to-heart story, a nice Lois and Clark short, a fun Clark Kent vs bugs tale, a great story of four criminals in a car with a great ending, a short of a man who relied too much on Superman, a few minutes showing us how Clark Kent deals with a delay, and a nice finale that shows us what the people in Metropolis do in the aftermath of a super-fight.

These are upcoming writers and artists who managed to tell a story in a short amount of time, but they made their moments count. While the war of New Krypton has the spotlight, to see a little time given to these up and comers to tell fun stories was a great job by DC!
