This is my favorite Star Wars series in several years! The main character, a new imperial academy graduate, is extremely compelling. Missing an arm and severely scarred, we are left wondering why he isn’t all cyborg-ed out like Vader and every other Star Wars amputee. The story is great, really something that we haven’t seen before. The art is excellent; Alessio renders technology, human figures, and cosmic settings beautifully.
I can’t wait to see where this story will go. As a huge fan of comics and Star Wars for more than 30 years, trust me, this arc is great! Highly recommended, especially as an entry point to fans who shy away from the Star Wars universe.

Story: 5 - Excellent
