Well, I would give this a four.  Really, I would.  It’s got some solid art and although the origin story is trite (ala Green Lantern meets some crazy a** Iron Man armored suit that thinks for itself…) it’s got Stan Lee’s signature flawed human/flawed hero design all over it.  This is why we enjoy Peter Parker, Tony Stark, and Bruce Wayne, they are flawed.  I say give it a shot.  I expect I’ll try the others in the line as well.
