The best drawn series you’re not reading — I haven’t seen Steve Pugh’s pencils since his run in the 1990s on “Doom 2099,” but the man is in even better form in 2008. This is big, classic fun, like the old Phantom serials mixed with Hanna Barbara’s “Jabberjaw” thrown in for good measure.
