  1. I second your positive review.  I am not a big DC fan, but this is the one DC book that I am really enjoying.  This issue was the perfect blend of action and character.  I like how the Secret Six are at times morally challenged, but have a core of decency.  If Gail Simone wrote Wonder Woman more like the way she writes the Banshee character in this book, WW would probably become a top seller.

  2. Making WW Banshee would probably be pushing it. A certain nobility and honor is core to the Wonder Woman character. It might be interesting to crank up WW’s haughty to 11 and see how that affects her interactions with the rest of DC though; she could be warrior, diplomat, morally pure, and a stone-cold ice bitch. Then include some more vulnerable scenes (vulnerable for WW) with Etta Candy or something so she is not completely inaccessible as a character.  Just a thought. WW (the present comic) just seems to be wavering on the edge of interesting and we know Gail has the ability to put her over the edge.
