I wasn't too crazy about the first arc in this series, but this second one has been excellent. It really felt like the kind of series this was supposed to be. More of an espionage with sci-fi undertones instead of the other way around. The art by Mike Deodato was excellent. I'll be sad to see him and Ed Brubaker go. I also have to say that the page where Steve runs and jumps over that statue and kicks Max Fury in the face was outstanding. It reminded me a lot of the way Frank Quitely lays out panels in action sequences.
