While this has been a series that has been high at some points and low at others, I have to say I'm glad to see Red Tornado back to his old self and not some strange quiet being or a bunch of air.  This series introduced us to never before seen characters,  the Android Elementals TO Morrow.  And just like any family, there are some that are confused, others that are bad, and others that have been neglected.  While this isn't the best intricate character study, it was an action packed series that opened up some new villains for upcoming stories.   The art was good enough to do the job, the but dialogue and pacing of this last issue in the series felt rushed. (On top of a very awkward red tornado in full costume sitting and watching his "daughter" sing at the school recital.)

While Im happy to see an RT series, I'm hoping this little restart into his universe might just be a restart and open the character up to more possibilities.
