My how far we’ve come since issue one. In case you don’t remember, a lot of the internet’s reaction was something to the effect of “RRARRR! IT’S SEXISM AND CHEESECAKE AND FIRE LOBDELL!!!!!”

Now we have a book that, admittedly, started off in the shallow end of the pool but issue by issue has improved and deepened and become simply fantastic.

This book is making it pretty damn hard for me to follow my original plan of waiting to follow it in trade or stay a month behind on comixology.

I’m very happy it is too.
