I wasnt very happy with this one. It was fine, not alot of story, it didnt have red hood in it. It probably should have been called Teen Titans and the outlaws because thats really what it was. Mainly the Teen Titans , arsenal and whatsherface from the outlaws, are fighting a bunch of jokerized homeless people that they dont want to hurt. Sounds cooler than it really was. I really dont like to critisize peoples artwork because i am the worlds worst artist but, i just kind of felt like the art was a little too light and cartoony for red hood, however this was not red hood, it was teen titans and the outlaws so in that respect i guess the art was perfect. The only real enjoyable things was #1 the cover is absolutely incredible, love that and its going to look good in my collection, #2 jokerized homeless , and #3 the last page with the joker.
