This issue wraps up the Bullseye’s story arc, albeit taking quite some
time to finish. With that stated, it was well worth the wait. What this
last issue does is finally answers the question: Can the Punisher
flinch? The last moments of this issue had my heart racing. What did
Bullseye say to The Punisher to make him react the way he did? I don’t
have my magnifying glass handy, so I will have to wait.  Great arc and
it leaves a better one to come.
