So, maybe I’m missing something, but the solicit promised we’d have a
showdown between the Hood and Frank and only one would walk away. Now I
know I’m being naive to expect that to actually be the case, but I was
hoping for at least some sort of actual showdown instead of Hood
glaring at Frank through bullet proof glass. I like the way they built
up Mr. Hyde, though the fact the Grizzly was in that group and he was
seen in an ATF jacket in Atlas this week as well, was kind of
disappointing in a continuity sense. I like the last page which shows
how the Hood ressurects people and in this one was reviving all the
victims of the Scourge. It was a nice little nerd moment. I really love
the art here, and its a shame that he’s leaving. I’ll give the new guy
a chance, but he looks too bright and clean for this book.
