This issue may begin to define the mythology (no pun intended) of the Project Super Power's Universe, and I don't mean, a silver or golden age. The page begins with the god Zues telling the story of Prometheus and Pandora. Flash forward to future solicits (WARNING AHEAD). Apparently Captain Future will call himself Zeus.
This issue shows T&D and other heroes confronting Captain Future (CF). CF uses language that makes us think that he may indeed be Zeus. This is aided by the small hint drop in the last issue of Truth knowing that CF isn't who he appears to be, again making us believe that he is Zeus.
The issue begins with the Green Lama in a plant cocoon meditating and Terror wanting to speak with him about their next move, Yank makes a brief appearance here. The Powers have taken the Pentagon over and are mulling there next move when news broadcasters show footage of T&D fighting CF. The Powers go to join in the fight, and they have some trouble dealing with him. In fact, Samson gets injured by CP which isn't supposed to be possible, because Samson relates that he can only be hurt by God himself (not CF/god Zeus). So I'm left scratching my head as to the origin of Samson and CF...more to be revealed later I suppose.
Next, the issue covers the Inheritors finding Eagle, and his curse. Boy King laments that the heroes they are finding will not be able to help them in their quest against the powers.
Mr. Face is shown to apparently be leaving the Powers team and joining the other Big Shots in a bar.
The Powers aided by Justine and T&D are shown going after a Claw operation, but as soon as the action starts the story jumps around.
I've again decided to leave out certain details and the origin story at the back of the issue to leave you guys "some" things to find out on your own.
Finally, I would say the artwork is more consistent in this issue, but the story itself doesn't answer any big questions.
