Where Millar failed in his Over the Top High Action Pack comic Nemesis, Casey succeeds with Officer Downe. 

This book was busting it sides open with Over the Top Action, as we fallow the impossible to kill Hard Core Officer Downe as he cleans up the streets of “Motherfucking L.A” (Casey’s own words) from the ternary of ‘Fortune 500’.

Ahhh, this book was so much fun to read. From a drug bust, to fighting his way through a mob of criminals, this is a non stop trill ride. All that was missing was that Gride House Voice Over Guy.

If only this wasn’t a one shot, because I demand more!
