I really like how Galactus is treated here. In Annihilation he was part of the cast and responded to the characters. Here he is shown for the cosmic character he truly is. Now that the crisis is over he looks at others as lesser beings, and therefore refuses to acknowledge them. Nova's fight with the Surfer and struggle against the murderer shows how truly heroic he is, and set up a cliffhanger that makes it look like he just committed the ultimate sacrifice. The art is truly cosmic and really helped this arc show how strong this book can be without a crossover. Another great production from the cosmic corner of Marvel.
