NORTHLANDERS TP VOL 02 THE CROSS AND THE HAMMER

Just like Sven The Returned (volume one), Northlanders: The Cross And The Hammer is worth reading once.  Yet, like volume one, I was ready to sell it on Ebay the second I was done with it.
There is nothing awe-inspiring about either one of the Northlanders trades I have read.  Read it once and trade it for something else.  That’s why they’re are called, “trades” after all, right?

  1. What trade you want for it?

    We can swap.

  2. I haven’t read volume 2, but based on your review I don’t think we were seeing the same thing when we looked at volume 1. I thought it was a wonderful piece of storytelling.

  3. I didn’t get anything out of volume 1, it really didn’t go anywhere. There’s no way I’m going to risk buying volume 2 after that.

  4. VOLUME 1 was excellent, I’m very much looking forward to this one for the Ryan Kelly art.

  5. 1 & 2 were some of the most compelling comics I have read recently.  The conclusions were unexpected and fascinating in it’s realism.

  6. @doddzilla

Heh, I already swapped for it.

  7. @conor: 100% agreed.
