Marvel has been known for plenty of things, but most importantly their motto
“every book could be somebody’s first book.” They’ve lived by this and because
of it they’re known for being the “new reader friendly” brand, and that is a
good thing because sometimes Jonathan Hickman tends to go off the edge making
the recap page a must.
This issue is no different, the Illuminati is still trying to figure out what
to do with Black Swan.
There’s an impending war between Atlantis and Wakanda.
Tony just came back from his god killer story where he saw something noteworthy.
Black Bolt is experiencing marital problems.
And to top it all off the invasion just arrived and for once the illuminati
didn’t see it coming.
Hickmans writing was once again his brand of in-cohesively entertaining chaos,
which makes me respect every artist with the balls to work with him and his
madness making sense out of whatever the hell he’s trying to tell us and for
that Mike Deodato we thank you.
