I’m not too sure how I feel about Immonen’s art on this particular book.  He’s done better work in the past. 

I like how the New Avengers are thrown into the middle of Dark Reign.  I also enjoy anything that is Hood related.  I think my qualms with this whole ‘event’ is that things are quite sporatic and lack true focus.  Even with the way The Hood has resurrected old villians, it appears to be just a tad bit contrived. 

I’ve always enjoyed the New Avengers, but I’m just not really into this story as much as previous arcs.  But it’s the start of a new one, and Bendis has never let me down.
