Since reading on Twitter that Jeff Lemire is working on three future projects (2 DCU, 1 Vertigo), I’ve been thinking/wishing what these projects might be. After reading this one-shot, I’d love to add a monthly Eternity title to my pull-list.

Christopher Freeman is a really likable character who I’m pulling for, the super-natural procedural is entertaining, and, most importantly, I already want answers to some of the questions that were raised in this issue.

Pull-It! and hope for more.

  1. Definitely agree! This was a really great little story. The idea is still one I like even though it’s been tried half a dozen times (especially on TV) and done well on occasion. But Chris is definitely a well-imagined lead and I like the suggestions of where a longer series could go.

    Besides, I mean, Lemire. Seriously.

  2. Agreed. This was a fun one-shot, and more would be great fun. I really like this idea of National Comics, and look forward to more ideas from different creators.
