My review covers the entirety of the Robotman story more so than this specific issue, but it was a really good ending that makes me want more Cliff Steal. I would rate this book a 5 for story and art if it were only the Robotman story as the other two storys were ok but not near as inspired. If you are a Doom Patrol fan this book is absolutely for you. I would even say if you’re going to miss the kind of fun Omac supplied this would be a great book to try. This Cliff Steal is very reminiscent of past iterations but rebooted enough to be fresh and interesting. Matt Kindt filled these pages with high, albeit wacky concepts that are bursting with zombie greatness and Nano tech infected despair. A great supporting cast is hinted at and I would gladly spend $3.99 if these characters would get more print time.
